PASA-RFQ-2024-22: DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF WI-FI NETWORK

Brief

Petroleum Agency SA (PASA) has recently relocated to Century City and occupies two floors at the above-mentioned address. The premises are cabled with CAT6 ethernet cabling for all the nodes, which includes cabling for the existing Access Points (12), one 24 port Switch and one Controller, which were relocated from the old building. A wireless survey was conducted to place the existing Access Points in suitable areas of the building, on the first floor and second floor. Although the current Wi-Fi network is functioning, it often experiences intermittent downtime, and there is not coverage for the whole building, causing disruptions to our operations. Additionally, the devices have reached their end-of-life, requiring a refresh on the Wi-Fi infrastructure.
