Members of the public are invited to submit written comments on a proposed investigation to establish subsurface geology and its structure as it relates to petroleum, on or under land, in terms of
Section 50 of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act, 2002 (Act No.28 of 2002). Written comments should reach the Petroleum Agency SA by no later than 30 days from date of publication on the government national gazette.
